Post Green Farm and South Lytchett Estate sits 10 minutes outside Poole, in Lytchett Minster.
The farm and estate is run by the Lees family, now with their sixth generation taking the helm.
History
In the 1890s, Sir Elliott Lees and his family moved to South Lycthett Manor, Dorset. Throughout the generations, the land was farmed, first as a dairy and then, as it is today, an organic beef farm.
During the war, the Manor House was a military base used by the Americans and in 1955 it was developed into a local state school. Additionally, local land was donated to charitable associations, where Millie College, a disability centre, is run by Liveability charity.
Now, the estate has an exciting array of services including the Courtyard Craft Centre (shops, galleries and a cafe) and Bere Farm (garden centre, cookery school, cafe and others).
Cafe, crafts, galleries, shops and many more.
Look out for summer and Christmas "sessions" with live music and pop-up stalls.

We have a Stabiliser herd, supplemented with a Longhorn herd for heathland grazing.
The farm has maintained its organic status since early 2000's, and uses government-funded stewardship schemes to make positive, environmental decisions.
